Jesus, in Matthew 24:38, reminds us:
“For as in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah entered the ark.”
This verse speaks of a world that carried on as if nothing would change—right up until the flood came. It is a warning, but also a reminder that God is in control. Even when the world seems out of balance, God’s plan is unfolding exactly as He intends.
